What happens if there is an emergency with your pet?
With the off chance that there is a medical emergency with your dog or cat, Clovelly will react accordingly depending on the situation.
If it is an urgent emergency, we will rush your pet to the closest vet in the area. We work closely with all the vets in the Grimsby area. Once the pet is in safe hands, we will contact your emergency contact. The vet bill will be initially paid by us, and then added to your final bill at the end of your pet’s stay.
If it is NOT an urgent emergency but we do have some concerns, we will contact your emergency contact to ask for their opinion and what they would like us to do.
Your emergency contact should be somebody that you trust with making important decisions or someone that can get a hold of you while you are away.
Do we accept raw food?
Yes. We pull raw food from the freezer to defrost daily.
